Learn More About The NJPPC Program
The New Jersey Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative (NJPPC) is a statewide, DCF grant-funded program available for children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 21 who are under the care of their pediatric primary care provider (PCP). This program is available free of cost. Participating pediatric care providers like pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants can consult with NJPPC Hub’s mental health professionals, including Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists (CAPs). Established in 2015 Hackensack Meridian Health in partnership with Atlantic Health System and Cooper University serves 20 of the 21 New Jersey counties through 8 hubs across the state. Essex county is served by Rutgers University. Please visit Rutgers Website for more information about their program.
The New Jersey Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative (NJPPC) is a statewide, grant-funded program free for pediatric care providers in all 21 counties.
Our Mission
The mission of the NJPPC is to transform access to mental health care by empowering pediatric care providers. We achieve this mission through collaboration to support the early identification of mental health issues and by providing access to Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists (CAPs), mental health resources, and care coordination for patients and families in your practice.
