The Survey of Wellbeing of Young Children (SWYC), is a comprehensive early childhood developmental and social/emotional screening instrument for children, from ages 1 – 60 months, designed for primary care. It includes the BPSC and PPSC which are modeled after the Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC)
